North Florida College offers Dual Enrollment and Early College opportunities for students to earn college credits, or career training while still in high school and at no cost. NFC offers dual enrollment and early admissions to students in Hamilton, Jefferson, Lafayette, Madison, Suwannee, and Taylor Counties.

Academic Dual Enrollment

Academic Dual Enrollment and Early Admissions allows eligible secondary students or home education students to take postsecondary courses that count toward both high school completion and the attainment of an associate or baccalaureate degree.

Career Dual Enrollment

The Career Dual Enrollment and Early Admissions program at North Florida College offers high school students a unique opportunity to get a head start on their future careers by participating in college-level workforce training. While still enrolled in high school, students can take advantage of this program to earn industry-recognized certifications in a variety of high-demand fields.

Collegiate Academy Graduates

Collegiate Academy

Sentinel Scholars Collegiate Academy gives motivated students from participating counties the chance to earn an Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree at the same time as high school graduation. Through a partnership with NFC, students take a mix of high school and college courses starting in 10th grade, with classes offered at their high school, on the NFC campus, or online. Eligible 10th graders are invited to apply and enter a selection lottery.
