MADISON, FL – North Florida College has been named one of the 2026 Best Companies to Work For in Florida, earning the No. 31 ranking among midsized employers statewide in Florida Trend magazine's annual rankings.
 
The statewide recognition places North Florida College among Florida's premier employers across both the public and private sectors. Organizations from throughout the state compete annually for the distinction, making it one of Florida's most prestigious workplace honors.
