NFC Office of Dual Enrollment Recognizes Leia Steele as May 2023 Student of the Month
MADISON, FL (May 2, 2023) - The North Florida College Office of Dual Enrollment features a Student of the Month during NFC's spring and fall terms to bring attention to the outstanding students in our district that dual enroll in college courses during their high school years.
Leia Steele, who attends Hamilton County High School is the NFC Office of Dual Enrollment's Student of the Month for May 2023.
The NFC Office of Dual Enrollment is proud to feature outstanding Sentinels who are dual enrolled in high school and NFC courses. A new dual enrollment student will be featured each month.

Why did you choose to dual enroll at NFC?
“I wanted to be able to get a head start on my life, and I am thankful I was able to do so.”
Which class have you enjoyed the most at NFC?
"Abnormal Psychology with Mr. Palomino."
How is NFC helping you reach your goals?
"I am able to get many classes for college done with the help of many different things at NFC."
What are your educational plans after high school?
"I would like to go to the University of Florida and Get my Doctorate in Psychology."
Who at NFC has inspired you?
"The people I help in the Tutor Lab inspire me because they are working hard to also pursue their dreams."
