extensive travel and training. Must have, at a minimum, a H.S. diploma or GED and
one (1) year of experience working with diverse families and children. Must have experience
working with or providing services to children and families, a willingness to work
with culturally diverse populations, the ability to establish trusting relationships
and accept individual differences, be knowledgeable about infant and child development,
and excellent writing skills. Salary range $29,000 - $33,000

Job Overview:
To actualize our strategic priorities, Nutrien is building a world-class procurement function across our entire organization and operating sites. The Contract Administrator is responsible for the effective management and review of site and corporate contracts used at the Business unit. The incumbent ensures that contracts under control meet business requirements and deliver a regular supply of the appropriate quality categories and services at minimal contractual risk. The incumbent also needs to effectively contain and reduce costs incurred by the organization while serving the end-users requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains all contract documentation and ensures that files are maintained in a logical and sound sequence.
- Ensures that contracts meet pertinent legal contractual requirements at all times.
- Ensures contract pricing, adjustments and quantities.
- Monitors contract usage and end-user usage of the contracts and reports variances to Procurement Lead.
- Engages with end users to address contract usage issues where necessary.
- Takes appropriate steps to ensure that contracts remain appropriate.
- Ensures that the company’s policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Invoice Management
- Validate invoicing for pricing and allocation accuracy. Work with vendors, as needed on any master data errors found in invoice.
- Support spend management for transactional optimization through the applicable channel, including but not limited to Ariba, Oracle, and Purchasing Card.
Requirements:
The applicant will have:
- Two to three years’ experience in purchasing, procurement, AP and/or contract management.
- Expert user in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook
- High level of analytical skills – Cost models and pricing analysis.
