Steps for Instructor Adjunct Pool

Applications received through Employee Services stored in the Office of Academic & Student Affairs, for future instructional needs. When a particular need arises, the department chair, Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, or Vice President will review pool. If the person is selected, a complete application packet is forwarded to HR office to complete the hiring process.

Application packets for adjunct pool are kept for 2 years. The file is located in the shared drive (Academic Affairs > Adjunct Pool).

For Coordinator of Academic & Student Affairs:

Employee Services will email when a new adjunct has applied. Please review the information provided and make a folder in the appropriate subject area in the location listed above (Academic Affairs > Adjunct Pool) with the applicant’s name.
